Instead of hiring multiple contractors to do one project at your home, Scott is gifted with many talents to do it all. For example, one recent homeowner received a few quotes to tear-down and build a wall in order to change a half-bath into a full bathroom for his ill wife. The other contractors estimated three weeks or more to complete because they had to hire multiple tradesmen (framer, plumber, electrician, HVAC technician, and drywall specialist). Scott did the entire project in four days at less than half the cost of those estimates.
